Our ability to manage entire projects is a big advantage for our clients. Based in the Wairarapa, we build everything from new homes to simple fences and we happily project manage sub-contractors as needed along the way to complete projects cohesively.
My wife Papauta and I started Accurate Builders in 2012, and it remains very much a family-run business. I’m Jeremy, a second-generation builder with over 20 years of experience. I completed my apprenticeship under my father, Gerald Madderom, who has built hundreds of homes in the Wairarapa and we still get to work together occasionally which is pretty cool.
We enjoy being a small business. It means we can offer a personal service with open communication to build what our customers want. And we are able to couple that service with very high quality workmanship and quality control.
We often work alongside Architects to bring homes to life. We can create initial concept drawings, which are then developed further by a Licensed Designer or Architect. Clients are also very welcome to bring their own plans.
We currently have a limited number of house and land packages we are really excited about available in the prime, central location of lower Cornwall Street, Masterton. These homes are being designed with classic villa charm to sympathise with the surrounding villas and bungalows. Capturing the sun and creating great indoor-outdoor flow for entertaining. Getting involved early in one of our house and land packages means you can choose kitchen designs, tiles, paint colours, and customise other details to suit your tastes.
Renovations and alterations are also a large part of what we do. From small projects to yearlong restorations.
And as a preferred supplier of Quin Garages, Boundaryline Fencing Systems and Sovereign Insulated Garage Doors, we can offer these products directly to our clients.
